Download the offer's report

This article covers GiveCampus campaign administration. Available controls can vary between the classic and redesigned campaign interfaces.

In Matches & Challenges, use Download Report beside the offer. The report is based on its associated matched-gift records, with donor and gift identifiers, donation amounts, designations, affiliations, and Dollars Unlocked from Match or Donors/Dollars Counting To Challenge. It can contain multiple designation rows for one gift, so do not assume one row equals one donor. Depending on school configuration, the report downloads directly or is emailed to the requesting user.

Use this report and exact gift/offer IDs to investigate a discrepancy. It does not prove that every deleted or manually adjusted historical record can still be reconstructed. The report skips missing underlying gift records and handles adjustment records separately.
