Correct captions on an uploaded campaign video

For hosted campaign videos, caption corrections for a hosted video require GiveCampus Support. Ask Support to coordinate corrected captions for that video; ordinary school campaign editing does not expose a native caption text editor. Externally embedded videos need their hosting owner’s caption workflow.

Correct inaccurate video captions

The campaign/GC Video editing surfaces do not expose a transcript/subtitle editor for auto-generated captions. Ask support to review the specific hosted asset and coordinate corrected captions through its supported video-provider workflow, supplying the corrected transcript/caption file. Do not substitute a custom thumbnail or claim changing page text edits the video captions. If using your own approved hosted video, correct its captions in that hosting workflow and verify playback.
