A Campaign Landing Page pixel can also run on the standard prelaunch page; that layout does not need a separate prelaunch pixel location. The usual advertising-consent and layout requirements still apply, and administrator giving-form preview is excluded. Test the public prelaunch URL; saved settings alone do not prove that a browser sent an event.
