Bulk creation of campaign tracking links

The campaign workflow generates one named tracking link per request and manages existing links individually. It exposes no standard bulk CSV creation action. Prepare segment names and destinations for support to assess any supported bulk-assisted option; confirm any supported file format before preparing it. Recipient-personalized autofill uploads serve a different purpose and are not a bulk public tracking-link creator.
