Where event Auctions is enabled

This article covers GiveCampus Auctions. Managing the auction and its items is included in Superadmin, Events Superadmin, Advanced Events Admin, or Basic Events Admin, with access to the relevant event and school Auctions availability. Partners assign a predefined role and event/group access; they do not add individual auction permissions inside a role.

Event Auctions requires school auction access plus the event’s Auctions capability and an authorized role. An event editor in Superadmin, Events Superadmin, Advanced Events Admin, Basic Events Admin, Events Content Manager, or Events Communication Admin, with access to that event, can enable the capability where offered; school-level Auctions access is required. If the control is missing, ask the account/support team to confirm product access rather than assuming ordinary Events access includes Auctions.
