Register as an auction bidder and maintain your bidder profile

How to use

Open the auction from the event’s public auction page. Follow its registration and email-verification prompts, complete the requested bidder profile and payment setup, and return to the auction catalog. Use the auction’s own profile/payment management controls for later updates.

Rules

An event registration, an event check-in, and an active auction-bidder profile are distinct. Self-service bidding requires an active bidder. An operator may record a bid for a person checked in without a card, but that does not mean that the person can place their own online bids.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the auction and bidder identity, email verification, profile status, and payment setup. A deactivated bidder cannot place bids. Do not ask users to share verification/access tokens or someone else’s bidder session. If an account appears connected to the wrong attendee, ask an authorized auction operator to review the link.
