In the auction administrator interface, open Bidder registration link and choose Copy link. The public path ends in /events/event-slug/auction/register under the school’s public route. Publish the auction before distributing it; the control warns when registration is not yet available. Share this bidder link, not an administrator URL, preview link or no-login staff check-in access link.
