Tier-page editing versus posting updates

Creating, editing and deleting a tier-page update requires the separate Post Updates to Tiered Landing Pages permission scoped to the school and that tier. General ability to edit the tier page does not by itself establish that permission. Have an authorized administrator review the user’s tier-scoped role/action permissions rather than granting broad school access merely to make the update button appear. If the intended permission is already present, inspect the actual page, user and state before concluding a higher role is needed.
