Configure auction items, appeals, run of show, and live operation

How to use

Open the event’s Auction area. Use Settings for auction configuration, Items for item setup, and the available import/image controls for catalog preparation. Review item details, pricing, and presentation before opening bidding.

Use Appeals to configure appeal content and giving levels, Run of Show to organize program entries, and Go Live for the live operational controls offered by the event. Projection links provide a separate display surface.

Rules

Opening bidding is separate from event publication. Opening the auction can start bidding from draft, scheduled, or preview status. Verify the resulting state rather than assuming a repeated action changed it.

Troubleshooting

Auction functions are permission- and availability-dependent. For failed item imports, use the supplied CSV template and row errors. For live-operation or projection problems, identify the auction, current state, item/appeal, and displayed error. Do not distribute operator or projection access codes publicly.
