Send an Outreach thank-you to campaign advocates

Send Outreach from the campaign Advocacy interface opens a new Outreach creation panel. Select the intended advocates or audience/status filter, choose an email/template and compose the thank-you, then review included/excluded recipients and send or schedule through Outreach. It is a campaign outreach workflow, not opening a private personal inbox. Verify the intended active advocates and exclusions before sending; recipient selection does not prove a particular volunteer sent past messages.
