The profile gathers gifts associated with that user; visibility also depends on gift and page state. Guest checkout and later account association are additional considerations, so it is not accurate to say only gifts made while signed in can appear. There is a specific authenticated guest-association flow, but it does not confirm a general school-facing merge of two registered accounts.

Ask support to verify ownership of both accounts, the preferred account and representative gift records before reconciling history. Do not assume that changing an email automatically combines accounts, that all subscriptions and permissions transfer, or that a missing profile gift failed. Any institution-specific recognition eligibility must be confirmed against the school's records.
