Read-only access and notifications for one event

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

Built-in event registration notifications are available only to GiveCampus administrators. Add the coach with the appropriate limited Events View Only Admin role and access to the intended event, verifying all other roles/access grants so broader permissions do not leak through. In that event’s Email Settings → Notifications, enable the registration notices and select the coach. View access and email subscription are separate settings. Events Reporting Admin additionally grants school-level event reports and is not the right default for strict single-event visibility. If no account should be created, an authorized administrator can provide an appropriately scoped registration export; entering an arbitrary non-admin address in the built-in recipient picker is not supported.
