Gift notification missing amount - details

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

The default new-gift administrator email checks whether its recipient may view donor details. If not, it suppresses the amount and detailed gift block. The check allows the relevant campaign settings permission or membership in the configured school donation-email list. Custom notification templates have a separate rendering path. Review actual recipient permissions and the active template before describing missing details as a system-wide template change or changing access.
