Gift notification missing amount - details

The default new-gift administrator email checks whether its recipient may view donor details. If not, it suppresses the amount and detailed gift block. The check allows the relevant campaign settings permission or membership in the configured school donation-email list. Custom notification templates have a separate rendering path. Review the recipient’s assigned Online Giving role, campaign/form access and the active template before describing missing details as a system-wide template change. Partners cannot enable a standalone donor-detail permission within a role. An authorized administrator should use an appropriate role or an approved report rather than broadening access solely to alter an email.
