Fundraising Superadmin does not by itself grant GC GO

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

GC GO access requires school product availability and a current gift-officer record. A fundraising role alone does not satisfy those checks. Have the authorized GC GO administrator verify the staff record, linked user and product access; do not recreate the person's identity to work around missing product access.
