GC Connect user access versus access-management permission

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

GC Connect sign-in requires a fundraising administrator record with terminal access enabled and an active terminal API key for the partnered school. An Events role alone is not that grant. Permission to manage the GC Connect access screen is separate and uses administrator-management permission. An API connection error can also involve expired/revoked keys or app state/version; verify actual error and access before assuming a role name resolves it.
