Events role assignment and student check-in access

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

A Fundraising Superadmin role does not itself grant Events administrator management; ask an Events Superadmin or otherwise authorized administrator to grant the appropriate Events roles and event access. Use individual student accounts with Events Check-in Admin scoped to the events they staff. Add Events Reporting Admin only when exports/report access are needed; reporting alone does not supply check-in permission. Do not share a broad superadmin login.
