Edit acknowledgment and receipt templates for a giving form

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

The giving-form template action requires Manage Giving Form Email Templates and access to the form. The role catalog grants it to Advanced Form Admin, Gift Management Admin and Communications Admin, as well as the broad Superadmin/Fundraising Superadmin roles. Select the appropriate task-specific role and form/group scope instead of granting full administration solely for template editing. This permission includes standard and conditional template editing, activation, deactivation and deletion; a template draft is not automatically active.
