Access to tracking reports for one giving form

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

The form-specific tracking-report download accepts the form's tracking permission or a broader report authorization. The giving-form tracking permission is checked against the particular form; campaign tracking has its own corresponding object permission. School-wide unique-tracking reporting is a separate permission.

This does not confirm a read-only permission for one individual tracking link. The same form tracking permission also authorizes the form's tracking-link management actions, including editing and archiving links, and its report covers the form's links. Do not assume “only this report” or “only this one link” from that permission. If someone should see only selected totals, an authorized administrator can prepare a limited export for them instead of granting broader access. Review all existing roles and object grants, since other permissions can provide additional access.
