Cancel an offline Winner Takes All offer

Winner Takes All is an offline challenge type. To remove the offer rather than merely hide it, locate its Donation ID through Manage Gifts/Manage Donations → Donations, open the record and use Cancel when the offline-offer control is available. Review the warning and confirm the intended cancellation with the institution/donor before proceeding. The control removes the offer from donor lists and donor/dollar counts; it is not a pause or ordinary reversible visibility switch. For an already approved/processed award or a missing control, have Support reconcile the offer state and allocations first.
