Can a draft campaign appear in school-page campaign listings

The ordinary school-page visibility requires a campaign state considered visible and campaign visibility enabled. Draft is not among those visible states. Tiered school-page visibility also excludes draft/in-analysis pages and checks the parent campaign. Adding a draft campaign to a section does not mean that visitors can see it. Use an approved prelaunch/public presentation where appropriate; do not launch a campaign merely to bypass a listing restriction without reviewing launch readiness.
