Campaign total date cutoff

The main campaign Donated amount is not a report with an arbitrary gift-date cutoff. It uses the campaign pledged calculation or saved final dollars. Editing campaign start/end dates does not reset historical gifts. For a new reporting period, use a separately scoped campaign or reconcile a period-specific report with support before changing existing records; do not delete gift history simply to change the display.
