Branded domain opens the school page instead of a form

The configured branded hostname with no path opens the school landing page. Share the complete generated campaign or giving-form URL, including its path, to take donors to that particular destination. Do not remove the path and expect the hostname alone to remember the form. If a separate short institutional address should redirect directly to a form, ask your IT team to configure a different address to redirect to the complete destination; do not repoint the active GiveCampus branded hostname without coordinated configuration review.
