Add an existing standalone campaign to a new tiered campaign

The current tier editor creates child pages inside the selected parent campaign, and its clone selector looks for an existing tier within that same parent. This is not a procedure for converting or merging an independent existing campaign and its gifts into another campaign. For a new umbrella effort, plan the tier structure with support before launch; identify whether the intent is to reuse content, cross-link separate campaigns, or combine actual gift totals. Do not assume that copying a page migrates gifts, tracking history or campaign relationships.
