A second donor-created matching offer

The campaign’s public Offer a Matching Gift control is suppressed when it already identifies a current matching offer for the signed-in user; the challenge control checks separately. This can explain why the same donor sees only Offer a Challenge after creating a match. Do not assume that an ordinary button creates another independent match. Have the organizer review an additional offline offer or supported setup with Support, preserving the donor’s authorization and avoiding duplicate funds.
