Signed in but absent from the public advocate list

This article covers GiveCampus campaign advocacy. Available controls depend on the campaign interface and enabled advocacy features.

Signing in alone does not guarantee public advocate-list inclusion. In the redesigned advocacy flow, a campaign advocate can be Logged in or No activity; the ordinary public collection uses Active records and excludes administrator tracking links. Active status follows recorded advocacy activity, such as generated clicks/donors/dollars, a personal video, or an online match/challenge. An offline offer is not treated as that same activity, and dismissed records are not automatically reactivated by the status refresh.

Check that the person uses the intended campaign's attributed advocate link and inspect their campaign-specific status/activity with support. The list initially displays ten advocates with user records and offers View All Advocates for a longer collection. Separate school administrators and the legacy and tiered advocacy interfaces have different rules; sign-in alone does not guarantee immediate public display.
