How to use
Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Advanced Campaign Admin, Basic Campaign Admin, and Crowdfunding Admin, with access to the campaign, can use its Advocacy area to manage school advocates, bulk additions/removals, segment-based additions, settings, and advocacy sections. Advocacy reporting is also included in Gift Management Admin, Finance Admin, and Reporting Admin. Use advocacy reports to review the available advocate, incentive, and match/challenge information.
Supporters can use the campaign’s offered personal-video flow, sign in when required, supply the video through the supported upload/link controls, and review its availability before sharing. Video verification and removal are separate exposed actions.
Troubleshooting
Advocate assignment, public display, video readiness, and attribution are separate things to check. Capture which one is missing. Do not assume adding an advocate sends an invitation or automatically publishes a personal page unless that action is confirmed by the current workflow.
Advocate incentive alert emails for campaign administrators
When an advocate earns an incentive, all administrators with access to that campaign receive an automatic incentive alert email.
Can administrators unsubscribe or turn these alerts off?
No. Advocate incentive alert emails cannot currently be disabled. There is no unsubscribe or notification preference to opt an administrator out of these alerts.
This is separate from notifications to advocates: advocates do not receive an automatic email when they earn an incentive. Your team is responsible for communicating with advocates about earned incentives and fulfillment.
Can I remove Create your Personal Video after a campaign gift?
The Create your Personal Video invitation on the standard campaign thank-you page is a built-in campaign advocacy prompt. It is not a custom question in Form Builder, so removing post-payment fields does not remove it. There is no separate partner-facing switch in that standard thank-you-page flow to disable this invitation.
The prompt applies to campaign giving rather than standalone Giving Forms, and it can be omitted for a donor who already has a personal video for the campaign. If you need a different confirmation experience, contact Support to discuss your campaign layout; do not disable unrelated advocate access or remove the campaign's main video in an attempt to hide this prompt.
