Understand School Dashboard Admin scope

School Dashboard Admin supplies Manage School Dashboard in the role catalog. It is distinct from Fundraising Superadmin and does not automatically grant every campaign, giving-form or event action. Other assigned roles can add permissions.

This permission is used for school-dashboard/platform access in the supported interface, the school-product role-management permission mapping, and an authorization path into Outreach segment management. Product availability, action-specific permissions and interface configuration still apply. The permission is therefore not a promise of read-only access or merely a cosmetic dashboard setting.

Before assigning it, review the intended tasks and actual enabled screens with an authorized administrator. If the goal is only to view one constituent field or register one device, do not assume this role enforces that narrow boundary.
