School-branded signup and shared donor accounts

School-context signup supports institutional branding: the school signup flow supplies the school name, logo/hero and colors, while the generic GiveCampus signup entry can look different. Share the school’s signup/login entry rather than assuming the generic account page has its branding. The underlying GiveCampus user account is shared rather than a separate account per school: authenticated donations associated with that account can span institutions. This does not give one institution access to another institution’s records, and gifts made under other emails/guest identities are not guaranteed to appear until correctly associated. SSO/signup availability also follows each school’s settings.
