Request account deletion or distinguish it from registration cancellation

How to request help

Contact authorized GiveCampus support for an account-deletion request. Self-service account deletion is not available in this registration flow. You may see “Account deletion is not allowed.”

Explain whether you want to close your GiveCampus account, cancel an event registration, or stop future recurring payments. Those are separate requests. Do not assume account deletion cancels a registration, refunds a gift, stops future payments, or erases financial records.

Support will confirm the applicable process, retention requirements and timing for your request.
