Give a department director access to campaign donor amounts

Have an authorized school administrator grant both an appropriate reporting role and access to the intended campaign/form (directly or through its permitted group). The Reporting Admin role includes gift lists/exports and school-wide donation reports. Selecting one campaign does not limit its school-wide reports. Review all combined roles and scope; if the director should receive only that campaign’s data, provide a suitably limited export instead of assigning this broader role.

The director then signs in with the granted account, opens the school administration area and the intended campaign, and uses its gift/report controls to view donor details and amounts. The campaign's All Gifts Report includes campaign-counted online/offline activity; use the relevant donation report for processed-gift detail. Public-page access alone does not grant private reports. If the menu is missing, first check both role and campaign access rather than sharing another person's login.
