Event content editing also authorizes ticket editing

The requested combination is not available through the event permission boundary: Edit Event authorizes both event content and ticket-type changes. Events Content Manager also has that broad Edit Event permission; it does not isolate landing-page content from ticket configuration. Basic Events Admin adds registration management and check-in but still edits tickets. Check-in Admin has check-in without registration editing. Combining standard roles does not subtract ticket editing. Assign only the necessary existing permissions and keep content changes with a trusted administrator, or request a finer-grained product capability; do not assume the named role provides the requested restriction.
