Basic Events Admin can create events

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

The role catalog gives Basic Events Admin both event editing and Create Events, including cloning. It does not give that role Publish Event; publishing is assigned to Superadmin, Events Superadmin and Advanced Events Admin. Restricting access to an existing individual event should not be treated as an edit-only role that removes the separate school-level creation permission. Review the actual role capabilities when that distinction matters.

For event-level report exports, access requires Export event level reports with the event as its scope. The catalog includes Basic Events Admin and Events Reporting Admin as well as the broader event administrator roles. Verify both the permission and access to the particular event when an administrator cannot download registration lists.
