Basic Events Admin can create events

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

The role catalog gives Basic Events Admin both event editing and Create Events, including cloning. It does not give that role Publish Event; publishing is assigned to Superadmin, Events Superadmin and Advanced Events Admin. Restricting access to an existing individual event should not be treated as an edit-only role that removes the separate school-level creation permission. Review the actual role capabilities when that distinction matters.

Basic Events Admin, Events Reporting Admin, Advanced Events Admin, Events Superadmin and Superadmin can export event-level reports for events they can access. When someone cannot download a registration list, check the assigned role and event access. Partners cannot turn report-export capability on individually inside another role.
