How to use

Open Contact Reports AI, sign in/register through its flow, and complete any required confirmation/terms steps. Create a contact report with the interaction details and original notes. After saving, wait for the generated formatted report, recommended tasks/action items, and follow-up email to appear.

Review/edit the output. Use the supported modifier/regeneration controls to revise the report, email, or action items and save the changes.

Availability and limits

The standalone product has authorization, feature, and usage checks and can place a user in a waitlist/confirmation flow. It is separate from a school’s full Gift Officer product. Generation runs asynchronously; successful note capture does not mean output is already complete.

Generating follow-up email content is not proof the email was sent. Likewise, recommended action items are not proof of completed work. Current quotas and eligibility are configuration-dependent; do not guess a fixed free allowance.
