Reporting access for frontline colleagues

A Reporting Admin role is an option for colleagues who need gift lists/reports without full fundraising edit access. Review its full scope first: it also includes campaign/form statistics and several report types, including deposits/banking views, so it is broader than a single yes/no donor-status screen. The ordinary gift-detail route can require modification rights even when the person can view a gift list; do not grant edit rights just to open that screen. If that reporting scope is too broad, an authorized administrator can distribute a scoped report through the school’s approved process. The reporting controls do not confirm a self-service twice-daily email schedule to arbitrary colleagues for exactly19 days.
