Limit student editors to a specific tier landing page

Yes: use the Basic Tiered Landing Page Admin role and grant access only to the intended tier landing page in that administrator’s landing-page access configuration. The system associates the administrator with a group scoped to that tier page; its edit policy checks the tier object. Invite the student as an administrator rather than sharing a public edit link. Review any other roles or groups already assigned, because permissions are additive; this limited assignment does not remove broader access they already have. Publishing is a separate permission from editing/requesting publication.
