Inspect an existing administrator role and project access

For GiveCampus accounts and administrator access.

From Online Giving → Administrators, select the administrator's name. The link opens their School Dashboard administrator detail. Review both Role(s) and the relevant Campaign Access, Giving Forms Access or Events Access section. An existing role alone does not tell you which individual projects are selected, and some broad permissions are school-wide regardless of project selections.

Campaign access separates all campaigns, campaign groups, individual campaigns and individual tiered landing pages. Access to a Tier 2 landing page includes every nested Tier 3 page; individual Tier 3 access applies only to that page. Giving forms and events have their own access sections. Inspect these scopes when diagnosing why a specific project is missing. Do not remove a role or toggle access as a diagnostic preview: those are permission changes.
