Campaign reporting-only access and gift notifications

Use Reporting Admin only if its broader reporting scope is appropriate: it includes school-wide donation reports, so assigning one campaign does not restrict all reporting to that campaign. For campaign-level navigation, grant the intended campaign/group access, then select the administrator in that campaign’s gift-notification recipients. Notification enrollment and edit permission are separate. The notification recipients combine campaign selections and school-wide subscribers, and must resolve to confirmed, non-guest accounts. Avoid school-wide gift subscriptions when campaign-only mail is intended. If sensitive donor fields are needed, review the person’s assigned roles and the notification template; do not promise an individual donor-detail permission checkbox.
