How to use

When the content editor exposes AI assistance, choose the text-generation/improvement or image-generation tool, supply the requested prompt, and review the result before inserting/saving it. Text assistance is configured for institution-perspective email/web content; image assistance returns an uploaded editor image.

Troubleshooting

Generation requires authentication. Missing-input errors and a generic processing failure are different from a failed page save. Confirm that you are still signed in, retry with the required inputs, and escalate a persistent error with the editor/page and action.

Scope

AI controls may not be available in every editor or plan. Generated text/images still require editorial review. Do not assume that generating content automatically publishes a page or sends an email.
