Configure school time zone, postal address, tax receipts, and other settings

Go to Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Other to set the institution time zone and physical mailing address. Campaign, form, scheduled email, and reporting displays use the institution time zone where indicated. The mailing address is required for Smart Appeals and other regulated email communications and may be a compliant street address, registered post-office box, or registered private mailbox.

Go to School-Level Settings > Tax Receipts to enable the school-level receipt fallback and add up to three custom text blocks. This fallback is sent only when a more specific gift-receipt email is not configured for the backup form, Giving Form, or campaign. The generated section can include donor, date, amount, designation, fair-market value, and tax-deductible amount when applicable.

For eligible Great Britain institutions, the page can enable Gift Aid and its donor-facing language. Preview the actual confirmation flow on each high-volume form because form/campaign email configuration takes precedence over the fallback.
