Set donation-form defaults and manage reusable school fields

Go to Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Donation Form for institution defaults. Amount, name, email, country, postal code, and affiliation are core fields. Optional defaults can include maiden name, spouse, mailing address, phone, honor, and joint gift; address and phone can be required. Joint Gift asks for a spouse/partner name and counts the gift as two donors in applicable leaderboards. Keep extra requirements limited because longer forms can reduce conversion.

Use the same page to choose a default country when supported and to configure school-level donor-covered-fee behavior. Go to School-Level Settings > Recurring to change the recurring-gift label or make recurring the default selection on new donations; donors can still choose one-time when the form permits it.

Use School-Level Settings > Reusable Form Fields to add, edit, remove, or bulk-apply consistent fields across Giving Forms. It does not apply to Social Fundraising campaign forms. Fields whose label or required setting varies must be made consistent before bulk addition. School Fields manages additional school-level definitions used by supported form builders.
