Giving forms can collect country, mailing address, state/region, and ZIP/postal code. The donor should select their Country first; the form changes state/region behavior and whether a postal code is required according to the country. GiveCampus does not require a postal code for a country that does not use one when the applicable international-postal-code setting is enabled.
Authorized administrators can set the form's default country at Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Donation Form > Default Country. If no default is selected, the form defaults to United States. The country choices shown here are limited to the institution's configured business countries.
The card processor's billing ZIP/postal code must match the address on file for the card and can differ from the donor's mailing postal code. Do not tell an international donor to enter a false U.S. state or ZIP. Select the correct country and use the international region/address fields provided.
