Authorized users at Stripe institutions can go to Online Giving > Banking & Deposits to review deposit activity. For reportable payout detail, use Online Giving > Reporting > Deposit-Based Reports and choose the applicable donation, event, or auction report and date range.
The Deposit Schedule on Banking & Deposits can offer Daily, Weekly, or Monthly transfers. With Daily selected, the first transfer is expected approximately seven days after the first donation is processed; later transfers use a two-day rolling schedule. A bank can take another two to three days to post received funds. Weekends, bank holidays, institutions outside the United States, and GiveCampus processing in UTC can move the visible date.
If a deposit row is marked FAILED, review the failure notice sent to administrators. It contains the reason returned for the payout. A failed Stripe transfer can stop future Stripe deposits until the underlying banking issue is resolved.
A gift date, capture date, and deposit date describe different stages and can fall on different calendar days. Reconcile by deposit identifier and deposited amount first, then connect component transactions using the report fields. Refunds, fees, disputes, and timing can make the gross gift total differ from a net bank deposit.
Bank-account editing is permission protected and may require 2FA. Do not expose banking details or advise changing an account to resolve a report discrepancy.
