Configure a campaign form or Giving Form

For a campaign, go to Online Giving > Campaigns > [campaign] > Giving Experience > Form Settings & Display. Use this area for preview, suggested amounts, minimum amount, recurring options, designation and affiliation behavior, internal reporting choices, company matching, and eligible payment methods. Use Giving Experience > Form Builder for the pre-payment and post-payment questions and layout.

For a standalone form, go to Online Giving > Giving Forms (shown as Forms when memberships are enabled), open the form, and use its corresponding settings, builder, preview, email, gift, and tracking sections.

Use school-level reusable fields only when the same definition should be shared: Online Giving > School-Level Settings > Reusable Form Fields or School Fields. Adding a field to the school library does not automatically place it on every form; add it in the form builder and save. Preview the entire donor flow, including post-payment content, before distributing the link.
