Go to Online Giving > Campaigns to view online, draft, completed, and archived campaigns. Create a campaign from this page when the user's permissions allow it. To reuse an existing campaign, open it and select Clone; review the clone options instead of assuming every setting or email should carry forward.
Open Online Giving > Campaigns > [campaign] > Campaign Setup > Basics to edit the name, URL settings, timeline, and other basics. Use Preview Campaign before launch. A draft must be launched or published before constituents can use it. Campaign state and dates are separate concepts: confirm both the public state and the configured start/end times in the institution's time zone.
Treat a live campaign's name as part of its public link. The editor warns that changing the campaign name while it is live also changes the URL, and previously shared URLs will no longer work. Before renaming, inventory links in email, social posts, websites, QR codes, and print. A Giving Form name change has a different warning: the new name appears in reporting for gifts that were made previously. Review the confirmation shown for the type of page being changed rather than assuming those effects are interchangeable.
From the Campaigns list, Archive takes a campaign offline. Unarchive returns it to draft; it does not silently relaunch it. Use the online, completed, or archived tabs to find a campaign that appears missing.
