Manage event auctions, bidding, checkout, and closeout

For an event with Auctions enabled, go to Events > [event] > Auction. The available pages include Dashboard, Settings, Items, Paddle Raise, Run of Show, Bidders, Bids, and Closeouts.

Configure auction settings and bidder rules before publishing items. Add each item with its description, media, value, opening/increment rules, and availability, then test bidder registration and the mobile experience. Use Run of Show and Paddle Raise for the live-event workflows provided by the product.

After bidding ends, review winners, bids, bidder contact details, and payment state before closeout. Closing bidding, selecting a winner, charging a payment method, and marking fulfillment are distinct actions. Preserve the bid history and do not edit it merely to match an external result.
