For one event, use Events > [event] > Registrations, Guests, Gifts, and Event Attendance for operational lists. Create channel-specific links at Events > [event] > Unique Tracking Links; each link measures registrations and donations driven by that source.
For reusable institution reporting, go to Events > Custom Reporting. Create or clone a report, choose columns and filters, and decide whether fair-market value and gift portion should appear on the same row or separate rows. Events > School-Level Reports provides the school-wide reporting choices available to the user's role.
Choose columns for registrant, individual guests, ticket/package, activity/add-on, promo code, payment, attendance, affiliation/class year, and custom questions according to the needed grain. A registration-level report and a guest-level report will not have the same row count.
To audit a required waiver checkbox or another custom acknowledgement, include that custom field's reporting column in a guest-level custom report. Use the same report label that was configured with the field, and preserve the event's underlying registration record as the source of the response.
