Configure event confirmations, reminders, notifications, and sequences

Go to Events > [event] > Editing > Email Settings to edit registration and RSVP confirmation content and the built-in reminder. A reminder can be enabled before the event, scheduled a whole number of days before the start, and customized with a subject and body. It is sent to registrants whose RSVP status is attending. Once that reminder has been sent, it is no longer editable.

When enabled, Events > [event] > Editing > Sequences supports multiple reminders or follow-ups with custom send times and recipients. Review sequence timing after changing event dates. Unpublishing an event changes its scheduled sequences to draft so they will not send.

Use the preview/test tools for content, links, event time zone, guest variables, fair-market value, and tax-deductible amounts. Offline registration upload has its own option to send confirmations.

Event email content includes Add this event to your calendar links for Google Calendar and a downloadable calendar entry unless the administrator chooses to hide the event title, date/time, calendar links, and location in the email body.
