Configure activities, add-ons, packages, tables, and sponsorships

Use Events > [event] > Editing > Activities for sessions, meals, golf times, or other scheduled choices. Use Editing > Add-Ons for optional items, and Editing > Ticketing for ticket packages, tables, and registration products. Set price, fair-market value, availability, dates, capacity, and any required custom fields for each item.

Decide whether an option is a ticket/package, an activity, or an add-on before registrations open; each has different reporting and editing behavior. Test capacity interactions and a multi-guest purchase. If registrant self-editing is enabled, free activities and add-ons can be added or removed; paid changes need clear institution instructions.

Sponsorships that combine attendance and benefits should use a ticket/package with accurate fair-market value and guest capacity. Do not represent an entire paid sponsorship as a charitable gift unless configured accounting fields support that treatment.
