Go to Events > [event] > Editing > Ticketing. Create ticket types or packages, set the price and fair-market value, and configure the available quantity and sales window. Use the event's maximum guests per registration to limit one order and the overall guest limit to cap total attendance. A blank overall limit means unlimited capacity.
The event summary automatically labels a single ticket-type price as “per person”; there is no ticket setting that changes that price suffix. The Ticket Type Name itself is editable. If the offering is genuinely sold as one multi-seat product, a ticket package can display a package total instead, but its seat count, price, fair-market value, capacity, and reporting should reflect the real offering rather than being used only to disguise the label.
Registration dates are set in the event details. If left blank at event creation, registration opens at publish and closes at the event start. Change the close time to extend or reopen registration when the event and permissions permit it.
The waitlist requires an overall guest limit. When that limit is reached, the registration button is replaced by the waitlist. It can also be triggered by selected limited ticket types. Configure invitation expiration so released space does not remain reserved indefinitely. Older events may instruct the administrator to clone the event to use the updated waitlist and notification editor.
