Use GC Connections and Agent Hub safely

Go to Gift Officer > School Settings > GC Connections to control cross-product actions. Under Email Link Settings, allow all active forms/events or select specific active Online Giving campaigns, Giving Forms, and Events that Gift Officers may insert into email. Product subscription is required for that link type.

When GC MOTO is available, Record a Gift assigns one Giving Form to each eligible Gift Officer team and enables the button on Home and Tasks. This is a secure device workflow; it does not make ordinary staff-entered card data acceptable.

Gift Officer > Agent Hub appears only for enabled roles and provides the institution's supported agentic workflows. Agentic Gift Officer staff are managed from Staff Management, can have dedicated configuration, and cannot be impersonated like a human user. Review generated work and enforce the same constituent permissions and communication restrictions as human-created work.
